Meet Our Founder



Vincent Virga

CEO | Founder | Investment Adviser Representative

The published author of “The S.M.A.R.T. Approach: A 5 Step Process to Life, Leadership and Investing,” Vincent has also hosted a weekly radio show, “The S.M.A.R.T. Approach to Retirement,” on 970 AM The Answer in New York. He has been seen in local and national media affiliates of ABC, CBS, Fox and Wall Street Select for his respected industry knowledge.


Vincent has more than 30 years’ experience in the financial services industry, growing and developing close relationships with mentors in all areas of financial management, financial planning, tax reduction planning and market alternative investment concepts. Having worked with these individuals in the area of wealth management and asset protection strategies, Vincent has been better able to serve his clients’ needs in a world that demands unconventional approaches to building long-term financial security.


He lectures extensively about non-conventional approaches to wealth accumulation and preservation to other financial advisory professionals, as well as to the general public, through his energetic and entertaining informational workshops. He holds Series 63 and 65 securities licenses and is an Investment Adviser Representative. Vincent is also licensed for insurance and variable products in multiple states including Florida, New Jersey, and New York.


Vincent had also served on the Financial Advisor Council of the Financial Services Institute (FSI) in Washington, D.C. FSI advocates for Main Street Americans’ access to objective, affordable financial advice, delivered by a growing network of 40,000 independent financial advisor members. The Financial Advisor Council is comprised of several of FSI’s independent financial advisor members from throughout the United States and advises the organization on the impact of legislative and regulatory issues on independent financial advisors and their clients.


Vincent is a lifelong resident of New Jersey who now resides in Naples, FL. He has been married to his best friend, Camille, for more than 29+ years. They have two children and enjoy spending as much time together.

Curtis has been leading and developing people since 1988. Through the years he pastored large congregations in multiple states, developed leaders who are leading in the U.S. and around the world, and since 2011 has been adding value as a Retirement Planner for hundreds of families and their future generations. He is an experienced leader, and public speaker, holds his series 65 securities license, and is licensed for insurance and variable products in multiple states. He has been happily married to his best friend Debra since 1988 and is fanatical about his three married sons, their wives, and seven beautiful grandchildren. He is committed to a healthy life in his faith, family, business, and his body. He has completed multiple ultra-marathons, and triathlons, and IRONMAN 70.3, and loves the outdoors. As President of PFS Wealth Management Group, he focuses on leading and strengthening the team and providing exceptional retirement futures for the PFS client family. Curtis believes that leadership is embodied through serving others. He has always been a man of faith, hard work, giving his best, and is dedicated every day serving others.




Brandon Beck

Financial Advisor

Brandon originally from Bossier City, Louisiana began his career in the life insurance industry in 2005. Brandon built his knowledge of financial concepts as a personal banker with National Bank from 2005-2008. Brandon passed Series 7 and 66 securities licensure becoming a financial advisor at a national bank and regional bank from 2009-2013. Following his career in banking Brandon was recruited to work for financial planning firm in 2015. Conducting over 100 retirement seminars and educational events for pre-retirees and retirees covering topics like income planning ,tax minimization strategies , and investing . Brandon is passionate about serving his clients. Brandon enjoys spending time fishing when he is not enjoying family time.
